Neighborhood Conservation Process Change Proposal

The county wide NCAC committee will soon be looking to vote on moving forward with the new process relating to the identification of priority projects from the civic associations, or keeping the status quo.

At the 9/30/15 CFCA meeting, our NCAC representatives gave a presentation about possible  changes to the process.  A document that describes the current process as well as the proposed changes can be found here.

After reviewing the process, you can weigh in, or ask questions about the process and proposal by emailing John Kirkpatrick (jckirkpatrick91@gmail.com) or Kathy Guernsey (k_guernsey@yahoo.com) as soon as possible.  Another way to weigh in is to vote in the poll at the top of Columbiaforest.org.
