Bike-to-Work Day

On Friday, celebrate bicycling as a clean, fun, and healthy way to get to work. Be one of the first 16,000 to register and attend a pit stop to receive a free T-shirt, refreshments, and be entered into a raffle for a new bicycle!

On Saturday, children are invited to come and see (and even touch!) construction trucks, fire trucks, a recycling truck, an ART bus, and more.

Volunteer to help at Saturday’s BioBlitz, a wilderness exploration to create a catalog of our natural holdings. Think of it as a snapshot of the wildlife that can be found hiding in plain sight in Arlington.

scenarios for the Buck property and Virginia Hospital site on Carlin Springs.

Comment on Proposed Fare Increases for ART & STAR 

Arlington Transit (ART) and Specialized Transportation for Arlington Residents (STAR) have proposed fare increases, which would take effect on July 1. Share feedback on this fare proposal at upcoming meetings and online.
