Free Summer Concerts at Lubber Run

Bring a blanket, make a picnic basket, bring your friends and prepare to take a musical journey around the globe! Here’s to one of Arlington’s summer traditions — free Summer Concert Series at Lubber Run Amphitheater. Explore the variety of performances here!


Luau in the Park

Come Play With Us at our free Evening Park Program’s kickoff special event! Join us Fri., June 30, 6 – 8 p.m. at Penrose Park for island games, a fun lei craft, Luau activities and more! Learn more here! Can’t make it? We’ve got something special happening in Arlington Parks every Friday this summer. Our mobile recreation van brings fun recreation activities for the whole family to parks across Arlington.

Yoga in Nature

Have you heard about Yoga in the Nature Center taking place on Fri. July 14, 3 – 3:45 p.m.? It’s a fun exploration for kids 7-10. Beginning with a short walk, then returning to the nature center to practice poses representing the plants and animals we find, and closing in a short relaxation exercise. No experience needed. Water Fun Field Day @ Drew Park

Come Play With Us at our free Water Fun Field Day event on Fri., July 7, 6 – 8 p.m. Join us for fun water games such as
Water Ninja Warrior Challenge, Sprinkler Tug of War, Splash Four Corners, water balloon activities and more! Wear a swimsuit and shoes that you don’t mind getting wet or muddy. (Shoes must be worn at all times.) We’ve got something special happening in Arlington Parks every Friday this summer. Learn more here!
